Vicki Bignell is an associate attorney at Christensen & Prezeau, PLLP. Vicki graduated with high honors from the Alexander Blewett III School of Law at the University of Montana, where she was an executive editor of the Montana Law Review and a member of the National Moot Court team. Before she joined Christensen & Prezeau, PLLP, Vicki clerked for Chief Judge Brian Morris of the United States District Court for the District of Montana and Justice Laurie McKinnon of the Montana Supreme Court. Vicki’s litigation practice is focused on employment and civil defense. She has successfully represented clients before administrative agencies, licensing boards, and state and federal courts. Vicki also advises employers on legal matters, including personnel management, personnel policies, and employment contracts. She helps her clients stay complaint with the ever-evolving state and federal employment laws.
